Prior booking is required and below are the booking methods:

2Can I drive in without making a booking?

We recommend that you book a bay at least 6 hours prior so we can provide you the best price and allocate a bay immediately.

3What are the advantages on prior booking your car bay?

  • Allow us to organize your shuttle service according to your arrival time
4What are the parking rates?

NH AIRLINK is committed to provide the best customized parking rate according to your requirements. Simply we work towards in providing the best market price.

5How can I get the best price?

By providing us:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Your booking dates and time (departure and arrival flight numbers)
  • Price you are paying at the moment / other quotes
6What happens after I provide my booking details?

Once we receive your booking details, we will be in touch with you shortly via your preferred method of contact.

7Where is your car park located?

NH AIRLINK Airport car park (Perth) is located at 1136, Abernethy Road, High Wycombe, WA 6057. You can find directions of NH AIRLINK Click here to car park location.

8How do I know if my booking has been accepted?

We will send you a confirmation Email or message with a small information sheet. If you have not heard from us within five hours, please contact us on 0404341576 / 0424377226.
Please leave a message if no one answers.

9Are there any further details I need to provide?

Your drivers licence number will be asked when you arrive at the car park to ensure your vehicle security. How many passengers + kids there will be including customer Registration number of the vehicle

10How far away are you from the terminals?

Terminal 01 (International & Domestic) & Terminal 02 – Approx. 5 minutes

Terminal 03 & 04 – Approx. 8 minutes

Skippers, Cobham, Network Regional Terminals - Approx. 8 minutes

11How long do I have to wait for the shuttle service?
  • Complementary shuttle service operates 365 days 24/ 7
  • Complementary shuttle service will run every 15 minutes (Drop off and pick up)
12How early I should arrive at NH AIRLINK to get to the terminal?

Please leave 15 minutes for the whole operation and leave the car park to your desired terminal.

13Do I need to leave my car keys with you?

Yes, we will request your key on your arrival to the car park.

14Is my car parked undercover?

NH AIRLINK car park is an open air car park. Individuals car covers can be provided (for selected car sizes)

15Are there any extra services that you can provide while my car is parked?

Yes, currently we can provide waterproof car covers as per your request for additional cost of $ 0.50/ Day (only for small and medium size vehicles including SUV)

16How secure is your car park?

NH AIRLINK is a fully gated car park with high improved CCTV cameras installed. CCTV footage will be monitored in ground and off ground via wireless technology.

Even though we operate 24 / 7, our car park gates will be open only for prior booking customers.

17What if there is any changes on my booking?

Please get in touch with us by phone, Email or Facebook page to inform us your change of details. If your stay has been extended, you can pay the extra amount when you pick your car. Request can be made to obtain the extra amount via Email/Facebook page while you are away.

18What happens when I return from my trip/ work?

Once you collect your luggage, please call us on 0404341576 / 0424377226. We will come to the rideshare pick up area to pick you up.

We highly recommend you to provide your arrival flight details when making the booking, so we can track your return flight and organize your transfer.

19What if I stay longer than I book or earlier than booking dates?

Please inform us at your earliest possible time and we will amend your booking. You can pay the extra amount (for longer stay) when you pick up the from our car park.

20What If I want to cancel the booking?

Any cancelations can be made via Email, Facebook page or call us on 0424377226/ 0404341576 at least 6 hours prior your arrival time.

21Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes, our loyalty program offers 50 % discount on every 10th service you receive at NH AIRLINK Car parking.

Mates Rate - Introduce a mate and receive 50 % off from your next booking.

22What if I have more questions?

23Do you provide jump start cables or batteries if required?

Jump starting assistance can be given if you have a flat battery.

24Insurance information?

Contents of Vehicle

NH AIRLINK Airport Parking does not provide any insurance or take any liability for loss or damage to clients or third party property carried or left in vehicles.

Public Liability

NH AIRLINK Airport Parking maintains business & public liability coverage. Neither NH Airlink nor you shall be liable for any breach of any provisions of arising from an act of God, natural disaster, terrorism, war, or any other occurrence beyond the control of either party.
